The USCIS is about to make a major increase in their fees as of July 30th, 2007.


If you are close to getting going on your paperwrok, then you should give us a call 800.322.3267.


If you are married and have not filed your Adjustment of Status yet, then you should give us a call at: 800.322.3267.

The new pricing is as folllows...

Fiancée Visa - K-1: Old Price $170 - New Price $455

Spousal Visa - K-3: Old Price $360 - New Price $355

Adjustment of Status - I-485: Old Price $395 - New Price $1,010

If you have already paid the filing fees on the petitions above the fee increase does not apply,
